Darren Chien

I lead Positron AI's business across APAC, working with customers, investors, and strategic partners to bring inference-optimized hardware and infrastructure to market. Positron AI designs systems around tokens per dollar and tokens per watt, making AI models more economical to run in production at scale.

Previously, I led international growth at Lambda, helping expand the company's infrastructure and commercial footprint across Asia. I built partnerships with cloud providers, telecommunications companies, and data center operators, while leading strategic projects around inference, third-party cloud capacity, and Lambda's 1-Click Clusters. The work ranged from sourcing and launching new GPU capacity to structuring partnerships that brought Lambda's infrastructure into new markets.
